How to permanently delete your FieldSocio account and data
This action is permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including research projects, recordings, transcripts, translations, survey data, field notes, and analysis. This action cannot be undone.
Before You Delete
We recommend taking these steps before deleting your account:

Export your data — Download all your research data (recordings, transcripts, survey data) from the app's export feature. -
Transfer project ownership — If you share projects with team members, transfer ownership before deletion. -
Cancel your subscription — Cancel any active subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play to avoid further charges.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: From the App
- Open the FieldSocio app on your device
- Go to Settings (gear icon in the bottom navigation)
- Scroll down to Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Enter your password to confirm
- Tap Permanently Delete
Option 2: Via Email
- Send an email to delete@fieldsocio.app
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address associated with your account
- We will verify your identity and process the request within 7 business days
